One-to-one advice for candidates

We set out below how you can get one-to-one advice from us.

At the end, we include contact details for WLTTA and also contact details for our partner universities.  You may be asked to send scans of your qualifications to the relevant university for the course.

APPLICANTS CONTACTING WLTTA

We are keen to be able to support you through the application process. We are happy to answer emails and phone calls.  When you email us, do remember to include your phone number.

It is helpful if before calling, you have at least looked at the information on our website.  You can access our vacancy lists for primary and secondary (and within those you can read the relevant course information document).  These documents are short but provide key information about the course, including entry requirements (and what to do if your qualifications are from overseas), finance and instructions on how to apply.

If you are confused about the whole process of getting into teaching, then we urge you to join our live online 'Get into Teaching' presentation which takes place fortnightly.  You can book to join this talk and Q&A session, using the relevant tab on this website.

Contacting WLTTA during the school holidays

Please email Adesola Bakare, ABakare@sacredh.lbhf.sch.uk explaining your query. Adesola is available for part of the school holidays and will endeavour to get back to you.

CONTACTING OUR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES

You may wish to contact our partner university for the course you are interested in, for a variety of reasons. If you have queries regarding the equivalency of particular overseas qualifications perhaps, we will need to see the certificates/transcript and it will help if you copy in the relevant university linked to the course.  You should first read the information in our overseas qualifications tab and if necessary also on our GCSE equivalency test tab.
